Fempower seeks a highly skilled Site Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service standards within the food and beverage industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing essential support to our In-Land Sales Organisation / Team, working closely with Account Managers to ensure our service standards remain exemplary. Your expertise and skills will be pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring technical and chemical site functions are performed to the highest standards, managing site stock control, and adhering to rigorous health and safety practices.

KP AREA 1 – On-Site Customer Relationship Management
  1. Developed a professional approach when interacting with Heads of Departments.
  2. Maintained professional written and verbal communication throughout interactions, adhering to STH Code of Conduct.
  3. Responded promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Attended Site-based meetings as required by the Client and maintained minutes or notes for Company purposes.
  5. Reported any risk items arising from such meetings to Management.
  6. Provided timely feedback and status updates on projects managed by STH.
  7. Reported daily/weekly to Client & Management on matters pertaining to Cleaning and Hygiene practices and issues.
  8. Promoted regular reviews with customer management teams on matters relating to Hygiene.
KP AREA 2 – Technical / Chemical / Site Functions
  1. Monitored chemical usage per client department, identifying opportunities to save chemicals, water, and energy.
  2. Inspected and ensured all chemical dosing equipment was in good working condition, performing servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs as required to keep systems fully functional.
  3. Analysed concentration of in-use chemical solutions.
  4. Supported cleaning product trials.
  5. Prepared work orders for servicing and repairs which cannot be conducted personally, following SOP guidelines.
  6. Managed and executed tasks set out by management for the client within prescribed deadlines, updating site action lists for presentation to your manager.
  7. Checked SOPs applicable to the site service for accuracy and update where necessary.
  8. Performed all services in a professional and workmanlike manner, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  9. Maintained the company's image by presenting yourself in a neat and professional manner with Company-branded clothing and PPE.
  10. Conducted routine audits of operations as per agreed timeframes using defined templates.
  11. Conducted application verification activities as defined by STH Management and the customer.
  12. Reported any excessive stock usage to Management for equipment checks to be conducted.
  13. Provided on-the-job training to customer employees covering safe handling of chemicals and specific applications as requested and agreed with the customer.
  14. Ensured all hygiene-related signage displayed in various areas was current, up-to-date, clearly legible.
KP AREA 3 – Site Stock Control
  1. Ordered stock from head office to maintain optimal stock levels on site.
  2. When required, used the company vehicle to collect required stock.
  3. Received stock on site (following SOP guidelines) and followed up on outstanding stock items.
  4. Attended to chemical stock control and issuing, reporting over/under supply or damaged stock.
  5. Performed stock counts as required by head office and reported outcomes to head office.
  6. Collaborated with customers' procurement department to ensure timely orders, maintaining sufficient stock levels on site and ensuring adequate stock for weekends.
  7. Maintained chemical storage areas in neat and clean conditions, adhering to Health & Safety requirements.
  8. Controlled client-owned stock accurately and separately from company stock.
KP AREA 4 – Administration, Communication & Reporting
  1. Gathered accurate data and generated reports, completing site-related documentation in a professional manner.
  2. Reported all testing (daily, weekly, monthly) and related data.
  3. Escalated any anomalies or test results out of specification immediately.
  4. Taken responsibility for client requirements in your area through feedback to your divisional manager and escalating queries where required to the Senior Representative or Management.
KP AREA 5 – Health & Safety & Equipment
  1. Ordered, issued, and displayed chemical safety signage in all areas, complying with Company and Client (Site) health and safety rules and requirements.
  2. Assisted with induction of visiting staff and complied with site H&S requirements.
  3. Used Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required, executing tasks in a safe and careful manner.
  4. Managed and updated health and safety site files.
  5. Ensured all tools and testing equipment underwent regular checks for safe and good working order, including calibration in line with site requirements, reporting any issues promptly.
  6. Ensured all chemicals had updated safety data sheets displayed and available at points of use.
  7. Disposed of expired or unwanted chemical products and empty packaging appropriately.
