Divisional Trainer

The purpose of the Divisional Trainer is to develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the Auto and Cargo division, focusing on induction and ongoing field training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a divisional training plan aligned with divisional strategy and industry best practices.
• Conduct field training sessions (10 days per month) to identify skills gaps and develop training needs for the sales force.
• Create and deliver countrywide division-specific application and sales training, including roadshows, training videos, and webinars.
• Develop product training on demos and applications for divisional marketing campaigns.
• Actively engage in market research and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Identify and allocate available LMS trainings, and create new content as needed.
• Drive the implementation of the TOP 10 strategy, coaching and training groups and individuals to understand the strategy and products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience within Würth South Africa or a relevant industry.
• Experience in a training role is beneficial but not compulsory.
• Extensive product and market knowledge in the Auto and Cargo Industries is imperative.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Matric or equivalent, with a valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
