Sales and Customer Services Call Centre Bae

As a sales specialist at Boomerang Marketing, you will be responsible for utilizing your persuasive attitude to establish strong relationships with our valued customers. Effective negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet will be crucial in retaining our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize persuasion techniques to build rapport with customers.
  • Maintain a self-managed, target-driven approach while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, with a tertiary degree related to the position being advantageous. A minimum of six months experience in a similar role is required, along with proficiency in English (read, write, speak) and computer literacy. Preference will be given to individuals residing in the Southern Suburbs who can effectively share knowledge across a team to improve knowledge and performance.

This role requires confidence when working with new technologies and systems, as well as a proven track record of identifying improvements, proposing solutions, and executing change. Additionally, the ability to learn new concepts quickly and take ownership of personal development and training is essential.
