Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Dante Personnel Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in millwrighting and experience in a large, pressurized factory environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the work of millwrights and other technicians to ensure efficient and safe operations
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance
* Develop and implement procedures for troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime
* Provide training and guidance to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* Matric and/or N3 qualification
* Trade Tested Millwright certificate
* 5 years of experience in a large, highly pressurized factory environment
* PLC courses/certificates beneficial
* Good fault-finding skills, electrical and mechanical
* Knowledge of boilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC's and VSD's
* Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
