Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of complex façade projects, ensuring high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain system drawings and specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply technical expertise in façade design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Prepare RIBA stage reports and develop BMU strategies during project design.
  • Guide junior team members and provide mentorship to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for new opportunities, identifying potential repeat work and scope extensions.
Requirements
  • BSc or MSc in Architecture or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of façade design and engineering experience.
  • Proven depth of knowledge in façade design, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and independently represent AESG.
  • Understanding of AESG's liabilities and interests of various stakeholders within the project.
  • Ability to participate in business development and cultivate new and existing client contacts.
