Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truth Verification Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our operations at Route Management Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Integrity Tests: Prepare and administer polygraph tests to assess individuals for deceptive tendencies, utilizing specialized tools and techniques to monitor responses and analyze findings.
  2. Develop and Ask Relevant Questions: Formulate interview questions to ensure a thorough examination process, promoting professional conduct and outcomes.
  3. Document and Present Results: Accurately document test results, present clear reports to management and stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Certification as a Polygraph Examiner: Hold certification from a recognized institution, such as the American Polygraph Association (APA).
  2. Understanding of Psychology and Physiology: Possess a strong understanding of psychology and physiology to accurately assess deceptive tendencies.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicate findings to non-expert audiences and collaborate with security, management, and local authorities in investigations.
  4. Attention to Detail and Independence: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, work independently, and maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct at all times.

Compensation and Benefits
