Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at RPO Recruitment. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and attract clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO in all internal and external marketing activities, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across digital, PR, and marketing channels.
  • Oversee the brand's online presence, including social media, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Develop and implement successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging digital marketing techniques and platforms.
  • Liaise with external marketing service providers to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring efficient office operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
