Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer high-level barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services tailored to client preferences.
  • Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide professional advice on hair and beard care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, tools, and equipment.
  • Stay updated with the latest grooming trends, styles, and techniques to offer modern services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth workflow and minimize wait times.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, including the sterilization of tools and equipment.
  • Assist with product recommendations and sales when appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional barbering skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of modern hair and beard styles and grooming techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices within a barbering environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Formal training and education in barbering (proof required).
