We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Phanda Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating events, and managing documents.
Key Responsibilities- Managing office administration activities and processes
- Coordinating events and meetings
- Preparing and reviewing documents
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet applications
Previous experience in office administration or a related field is desirable for this role.
