Maintenance & Equip Lead: Strategic Sourcing

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Equip Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and category management.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, managing cross-functional teams to assess purchasing demand, supplier market, and price/cost structures.

A successful candidate will have at least 8 years of procurement experience, including category management, and a degree in Supply Chain or Transport Economics. Certification equivalent to CIPS is advantageous.

Key skills include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans.
  • Managing cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiating with suppliers.
