The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader: Finance Business Partnering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive financial insights, partner with key stakeholders, and support business strategy within one of the following portfolios:

  1. Cash Management
  2. Branch Operations
  3. Strategic Projects

The Skills You Need

  • CA(SA) or CIMA qualification (4–5 years post-articles experience)
  • Experience in a similar finance business partnering role (not auditing or reporting)
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of IFRS 9 (advantageous for Cash Management)
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (SQL, Excel, SAS, Python, or R preferred)
