  • Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and software, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and knowledge of business process modeling and blueprinting techniques.
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with:

  • Project Management Experience: Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Certification: Certification in project management.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
