New Car Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated New Car Sales Manager to lead our new car sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading and managing a high-performing sales team with a focus on motivation, development, and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Innovate and drive creative lead generation strategies, both online and offline
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate or Equivalent
  • A valid driver's license
  • At least 3 years of experience as a New Car Sales Manager
  • Proven success in generating leads, driving online marketing initiatives, and achieving sales goals
  • Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team with confidence
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and ready to tackle day-to-day operations
