Job Description :

  • This role involves overseeing end-to-end project phases, from conceptual design through to site execution.
  • You will collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure project goals are met efficiently and within scope.
  • The successful candidate will lead and manage individual projects, ensuring they adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary guidelines.
  • You will also support our team with technical insights and foster a constructive team environment.

Requirements :

  • Educational Background : B. Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. Civil Eng.) or related field.
  • Experience : 8+ years of post-qualification experience, with a proven track record in coastal or heavy civil engineering design and project management.
  • Technical Skills : Hands-on experience in a design office and site settings, preferably with port and coastal project exposure.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and adeptness at client and contractor relations.

Salary Range : $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
