Job Overview

Atns Soc Limited is seeking a skilled Training Simulation Programmer to design, develop, and implement simulated ATM training scenarios and exercises.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop site-specific airport models in accordance with approved regulatory requirements and the ATNS Quality Management System.
  2. Create practical content for the identified Engineering Training and Systems platforms, including programming training exercises and associated practical assessment tools.
  3. Provide simulator system operation training to simulator support officers, ATS instructors, and identified ATSU staff, ensuring instructional and other relevant staff acquire and maintain competencies and skills to operate simulators accurately.
Requirements
  • Three years' relevant experience in a training simulation environment, preferably in ATM training or aviation-related environments.
  • Familiarity with Meteorology will be an advantage, as well as Linux/Unix certification.
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of accepted project management principles and frameworks.
