About the Role:

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from receipt to delivery, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across all facilities.

  • Customer Service: Ensure that the operations team provides exceptional service, addressing and resolving customer complaints regarding order fulfilment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations throughout all operational activities and facilities.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to devise and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and operational scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management within the retail, e-commerce, or logistics sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes, lead teams, and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, driven by a data-centric approach to decision-making.
  • Superior leadership and team management skills, with the capacity to inspire and motivate.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
