Nursing Professional

Dymaxa Recruitment is seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in providing exceptional care to the elderly.

About the Role:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Lead daily rounds, report to the Manager, and participate in referral services.
• Maintain accurate records of vital signs, medication orders, and infection control measures.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless workflow, training, and supervision.
• Contribute to creating care plans, updating nutritional needs, and monitoring residents' progress.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant nursing qualification and registration with SANC.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with the elderly.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately R250,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This remuneration package includes a comprehensive benefits program.
