Sales Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at Herotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales and marketing efforts, working closely with the commercial and field operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales efforts and track progress towards regional targets.
  • Assist in the development of tactical sales plans to achieve regional targets.
  • Organize and coordinate lead generation initiatives with internal and external resources.
  • Ensure accurate capturing of customer and sales-related information on internal systems.
  • Oversee the use of company resources and take safety and security measures to ensure the safety of the community and field marketers.
  • Cultivate cross-functional teamwork with other departments and role-players in the hub.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional planning and organizing skills.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and good negotiation and deal closing skills.
  • Fluent in English and another language - area specific.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
Education Requirements:
  • Grade 12 is a requirement with prior supervisory/related experience.
