Job Title: Cash Handler Specialist - Fidelity Services Group

Located in the scenic town of Rustenburg, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cash Handler Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Services Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling and management of cash transactions across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Loading of all ATMs on a daily basis
• Securing and accounting for all cash transactions on a daily basis
• Attending to all technical faults on the ATM
• Balancing and accurate cash transaction handling
• Ensuring all clients' assets are secured at all times
• Compliance with all key procedures at all times

Requirements:
Must have a clear criminal record and be PSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualification. A valid driver's license is advantageous, as is experience in security or a related field. You must also possess numeric skills, be assertive, self-motivated, and willing to work overtime and travel when necessary. In terms of personality attributes and core competencies, honesty and reliability are essential, as are good verbal and language abilities, along with customer service and relations quality assurance skills. Self-development, communication skills, customer focus, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions accurately are also required.

Estimated Salary: R 250,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
