Job OverviewThis role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt in Bellville, Cape Town.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, quality nursing care to patients according to the Scope of Practice.
Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality nursing care.
Identify, prevent, and report risks to ensure patient safety.
Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment.
Record all nursing interventions accurately and comprehensively.
Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence.
Maintain accurate records of utilised stock and equipment.
Essential qualifications: Enrolled Nurse Certificate.
Desired qualifications: CPD courses in specific speciality area (for specialised wards).
Basic life support trained.
Infection prevention and control knowledge.
Pharmacology understanding.
Scientific nursing principles and process expertise.
Nursing processes and procedures knowledge.
