We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tool & Die Springmaker to join our team at Gap Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality springs from start to finish, utilizing your expertise in tooling and die making.

• Spring Making: Design, develop, and manufacture springs from start to completion, ensuring high precision and quality.
• Tooling and Die Making: Create and maintain tooling and die sets for spring production, including pin tools and other specialized equipment.
• Wire Forming: Produce complex wire forms using various materials and techniques.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Springmaker in the Tool & Die Industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in spring making, tooling, and die making, with a strong understanding of wire forming and quality control processes.
• Education: Relevant technical education or certification in a related field.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
