Key Responsibilities:- Facilitation: Deliver training sessions on short courses and full learnership qualifications, ensuring that learners gain the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Assessment: Assess theoretical modules and qualifications, evaluating learner performance and providing feedback.
- Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as reporting, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Qualifications: A vocational qualification higher than being facilitated, facilitation qualifications or equivalent, and an ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training Development Practices) qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a relevant vocational field, HRD / Training and Development field, and Learning and Development within OBE SETA and/or NQF context.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of SETA, QCTO & SAQA, principles of Education, Training and Development, and ability to implement Legislative requirements. Good facilitation and presentation skills, computer literacy, and ability to work with learners with disabilities.
