Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

Surgo PTY Ltd is seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join their team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic visual content for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital media, including social media, websites, and CRM communications.
  • Craft compelling and relevant animated creative content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with senior creatives and marketeers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality motion graphics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in motion graphics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all motion graphics projects.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the wider Creative Department to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Understand and investigate new methods to develop highly visible creative video solutions.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and key project stakeholders to deliver high-quality motion graphics projects.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and platforms.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships between Design and other teams within the company.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max, Google SketchUp, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of camera angles, narrative flow, and storytelling principles.
  • Natural creative design ability and a passion for motion graphics.
  • Preferably, experience in the sports or gaming industry.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing and discussing ideas.
  • Ability to successfully self-manage multiple projects.
  • Active interest in the design and technology sector.
  • Strong desire to learn through analysis and exploration.
  • Engaging portfolio or show reel of work that demonstrates impressive motion graphics skills.
