We're looking for a talented German/English Content Writer to join our dynamic 3-person content team. As a key member of the team, you'll create impactful thought-leadership content in both German and English that drives engagement and grows our vibrant communities.
You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content across various formats and platforms, including podcasts, in-depth case studies, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and more. Your writing will resonate with our audience and help us achieve our goal of welcoming two million active members across our communities by 2034.
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 3 years of thought-leadership content writing experience in digital media, including blogs, newsletters, and social media. You should be native or near-native fluent in both German and English, with a strong command of language skills. Experience with tools like Canva and GenAI tools is a plus.
As a remote worker, you'll be self-motivated and comfortable using communication tools like Slack. You'll also have basic knowledge of on-page SEO to optimize content for search engines.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll possess an A-Player mindset, being proactive, reliable, and taking great care when working. You'll be flexible, committed, and willing to work additional hours in exceptional situations. Finally, you'll be comfortable traveling once or twice a year to attend company meetings and community conferences.
