Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interventions, monitor patient progress, and identify areas for improvement. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the department.
