We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Director to lead our data engineering capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy of our data engineering initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines and platforms to support our business objectives.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of modern data architectures, leveraging cloud-based solutions and event-driven processing.
  3. Champion data mesh principles to enable decentralized data ownership and self-service data capabilities across the organization.
  4. Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines for real-time and batch processing, ensuring high data quality, security, and availability.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in implementing data mesh architectures at scale.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in AWS technologies/services and certification in cloud data platforms.
