About the Role

The Digital Content Creator at Story will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering engaging content across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development: Writing, reviewing, filming, photographing, designing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, social media, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  2. Product Photography: Meeting international standards and company guidelines.
  3. Research and Interviews: Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualising your findings.
  4. Social Media Management: Using social media tools and scheduling to engage consumers and promote company initiatives and product.

Person Specification:

  1. Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or communications, or significant experience of working in a digital marketing role.
  2. Energy, enthusiasm, and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice, preferably with a membership organisation.
  3. Knowledge and experience of running digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
  5. Experience using web content management systems, preferably Later.
  6. Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, TikTok.
  7. Experience of photography and creating/editing images, using packages such as Adobe Photoshop.
  8. Experience of video production, including filming, editing (preferably using Premier Pro) and delivering via channels such as YouTube, Instagram & TikTok.
  9. Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage, and evaluate them, like Google Analytics.
  10. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, members, and suppliers.
  11. Able to deliver a range of concurrent projects, on-time and to budget.
  12. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules.
  13. Good written and oral communication skills.
  14. Good proof-reading skills.
  15. Excellent attention to detail.
  16. Reliable transport / own transport.
  17. Criminal record clearance.
