We are recruiting for a highly skilled Financial Clerk to join our finance team at MEDICLINIC INTERNATIONAL.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Administration of petty cash
  2. Perform the buying function for operational procurement
  3. Perform the receiving function for operational procurement
  4. Stock replenishment (Buyer logistical role)
  5. Perform the receiving function for stock procurement
  6. Issuing of stock
  7. Stock balance review and stock takes
  8. Organisation of store
  9. Request tax invoices for sundry customers and ensure payment is received
  10. Perform the receiving function for capital procurement
  11. Asset (equipment) verification
  12. Collection, reconciliation and deposit preparation of patient administration
  13. Managing hospital account relationship with supplier
  14. Disposal, transfers and scrapping of assets

Essential Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or relevant Financial / Business Diploma or Certificate
  • 1-2 years' experience in a financial environment or as a bookkeeper/ reconciliation /asset management experience
