About the Position

The selected candidate will assist in researching, collecting, and analyzing data to assist with the agency's response to complaints/grievances/arbitrations. They will also ensure positions are accurately recorded on the Field Office Table of Organization and that on-board data is kept up to date.

Responsibilities
  • Formulating, recommending, and implementing specific projects to overcome difficult recruitment problems.
  • Coordinating vetting issues and making Collective Bargaining Agreement interpretations for all bargaining unit hardship transfer requests.
  • Serving as a liaison with LER, EEO, and chief counsel for cases that have personnel implications such as complaints/grievances/arbitrations.

Requirements: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
