Job Summary:

  • Supervise and manage motor fleet operations to achieve production and diesel targets.
  • Monitor and track vehicle movements and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and the team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administer daily attendance of drivers and assist in data capturing.

Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate.
  • Code B driver's license & own transport. Required to travel from time to time.
  • Available after business hours & during weekends.

Performance Metrics:

  • Production & diesel targets are met.
  • Fleet management system is monitored & managed.
  • Communication with drivers & team.
  • Data is captured accurately.
  • Documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines.
  • Vehicle maintenance issues communicated. Vehicle services are planned & scheduled.
