The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure. This includes designing and implementing IT solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing top-tier support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IT solutions using Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications
  • Lead a team responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure
  • Provide top-tier support and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Collaborate with other system administrators, database administrators, and system maintenance consultants

Requirements:

  • MCSE, MCSD, and MCSA certifications
  • VMWare Certified Professional 6 Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV) certification
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Server technologies, and virtualization technologies (VMWare and Hyper-V)
  • Networking skills, configuration of switches, IP ranges, and VLANs (VPN, Cisco routers, Satellite networks, Switches, VLANs, VOIP, etc.)
  • Design IT infrastructure, data-center hardware and software support and installation, and network security skills and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Microsoft networking and Operating System skills
  • Configuring and managing firewalls (Checkpoint NGX or SBA)
  • Good report writing skills
  • Good enterprise security knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of SCOM (Microsoft System Center Operations Management)
