We are seeking an experienced Cash Flow and Treasury Manager to join our team at Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing, analysing, and capturing of cash flow information, as well as reviewing daily cashbook allocations and ensuring the accuracy of cash flow projections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the production and review of monthly master files and track changes to cash flow projections, analysing variances.
  • Assist with the production and review of weekly cash flow tracking reports for the Financial Executive.
  • Follow-up and collect customers' outstanding payments.
  • Assist with the building of cash flow projection files to be used with the Accounts Payable Team, to streamline the cash flow process.
  • Process and update exchange rate information, performing monthly AR & AP revaluations.
  • Assist with the completion of monthly financial functions, including VAT calculations and annual South African Reserve Bank (SARB) approvals.
  • Obtain and manage reports, ensuring that shared costs are recovered.
  • Manage individual credit cards, replacements, international travel recons, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Accurate and timely review of payments, including foreign vendors, with feedback to the AP team leader on anomalies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant SAIPA/CIMA qualification
  • Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
  • 8 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience, preferably in the liquor/FMCG industry
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Sound interpersonal skills and creativity
  • Team player and ability to work independently using initiative
