Splash247 is a solutions provider in the marine industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality services to clients operating in marine environments.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally as a Class 1 Marine Engineer.
  • 9+ years experience in the marine industry.
  • 2+ years experience in a managerial, shore-based role.
  • Ideally, the successful candidate would be currently residing in South Africa.
  • Strong awareness of SHE-Q standards.
  • Proven leadership skills, particularly in client relations, vessel management, and coordinating with service providers.
