Marketing Automation Platform Expert Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Platform Expert to manage the implementation, execution, and optimization of our marketing automation platform (Eloqua). The ideal candidate will have experience with campaign setup, email creation, and deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring, and reporting, as well as proficiency with a marketing automation tool (preferably Eloqua).
Main Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Implement, execute, and optimize the marketing automation platform (Eloqua) to achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly-targeted marketing campaigns, emails, awareness, and acquisition programs, and customer success communications.
- Quality Control: Work under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor on the email production process and creation of every email, ensuring flawless execution.
- Data Analysis: Ensure email messages are properly constructed to adhere to industry best practices, deliverability, mobile rendering, open rates, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Marketing Automation: Ability to understand, analyze, gather, and organize data in an account management tool or database and marry the results gathered and tasks accomplished with industry-specific trends and demographics.
- Creative Design: Ability to conceptualize, create, design, execute, evaluate, and communicate effective visual communication plans and visual collaterals to address and satisfy business and organizational needs through marketing efforts.
- Technical Skills: Experience with campaign setup, email creation, and deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring, and reporting; demonstrated proficiency with a marketing automation tool (preferably Eloqua); knowledge of landing page and email marketing best practices is required.
