The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the project's objectives are met through effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategies.

Main duties include:

  • Developing and implementing MEL frameworks to capture and analyze data demonstrating project impact.
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to inform programme improvement and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
  • Collaborating with ActionAid Ghana, ActionAid Ethiopia, and ActionAid International to maintain high standards of MEL and Research throughout the project.
  • Providing technical assistance and capacity building to national project teams to ensure effective implementation of MEL strategies.

Candidates must have a strong background in social research, international development, or a related field, with expertise in MEL systems, Theory of Change, and data analysis. Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods are also essential.
