We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join our team at Talent Evolution. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will be responsible for drafting title transfers, preparing transfer documentation, conducting property searches, and maintaining accurate records. You will also work closely with our Senior Conveyancing Secretary and Conveyancer to ensure seamless execution of conveyancing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting title transfers and preparing related documentation
- Conducting property searches and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Collaborating with Senior Conveyancing Secretary and Conveyancer
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5+ years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
- Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Proficiency in conveyancing software: GhostPractice & Lexis Convey
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
