**Key Responsibilities:**
- Compile Annual General Meeting Packs and ensure timely distribution.
- Liaise with Trustees and action any necessary items or queries.
- Maintain statutory files and minute books, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Capture payments of corporate saver and process documents for levy clearance.
- Manage filing systems, ensuring they are accurate and well-organized.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a Matric certificate and 3-5 years Administration / Clerical experience.
- Secretarial experience is an advantage, as is proficiency in Microsoft packages and Pastel knowledge.
- Strong planning, time management, written and verbal communication, accuracy, and attention to detail skills are essential.
**Work Environment:
