  • Maintain statutory files and minute books, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Capture payments of corporate saver and process documents for levy clearance.
  • Manage filing systems, ensuring they are accurate and well-organized.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have a Matric certificate and 3-5 years Administration / Clerical experience.
  • Secretarial experience is an advantage, as is proficiency in Microsoft packages and Pastel knowledge.
  • Strong planning, time management, written and verbal communication, accuracy, and attention to detail skills are essential.

**Work Environment:
