On Line Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join their team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a key leadership role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain high-quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site surveys and levelling to ensure accurate project construction according to original plans.
  • Verify and refer back to design once setting-out is complete, and verify the accuracy of survey data.
  • Ensure all work is completed to required quality standards and identify potential risks proactively.
  • Built and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders, including Contracts Manager and staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary degree/diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years technical experience in construction or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and local building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example.
