About This Job
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our client's maintenance team in the Automotive industry.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in managing personnel to reduce facility downtime and improve stability. They will be responsible for planning and managing planned maintenance activities, managing shift's timekeeping, and controlling maintenance budget.
The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of TPM or other maintenance systems, automation systems, and robotics, and experience in Automated Manufacture Environment. A degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent NQF6, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management are required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our client's team and take on a challenging leadership role.
