About Our Opportunity

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a highly motivated Skincare Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing expert advice on beauty and skincare products, promoting and effectively managing merchandise, and maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations on beauty and skincare products.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong passion for beauty products and excellent communication skills. You should also be confident in your ability to engage and communicate your knowledge of our beauty products with customers.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can drive and maximise sales of the beauty department through the promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling of products.

  1. To consult with customers and provide expert advice on beauty and skincare products.
  2. To promote and effectively manage merchandise to drive sales and increase profitability.
  3. To maintain updated knowledge on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
  4. To efficiently execute all operational activities within the beauty department, including effective stock management, minimising shrinkage, and ensuring a high standard of general housekeeping and administration.
  5. To ensure all in-store visual merchandising, in-store presentation, and promotional standards within the beauty department are consistently met.
  6. To deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, and offering a friendly and professional service.
  7. To promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new clubcard members to achieve participation targets.
