At Recru-it, we are seeking an exceptional Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure for our organization.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures on Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud engineering, including designing, implementing, and monitoring cloud environments, especially Azure. Strong knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure and services, as well as Microsoft Azure Active Directory and identity management, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud architectures on Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Manage and monitor cloud environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with existing systems.
  • Provide third-line support to the service desk for complex cloud-related issues.
  • Liaise with vendors and other third parties as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, including designing, implementing, and monitoring cloud environments, especially Azure.
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing, managing, and deploying cloud services, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and on-prem IT Operations.
  • A current Microsoft Azure Certification track.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues.
  • Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
