About Your Future Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services to DSC, including contract drafting and review, dispute resolution, and company secretarial services.

You will work closely with the Head of Legal for Africa and assist in the management of external legal counsel, monitoring and minimizing legal spend. You will also liaise with external lawyers to ensure timely representation and manage court disputes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in Law, preferably admitted or qualified as an attorney in South Africa. A minimum of three years' experience working in a commercial legal role is required, ideally in-house or corporate legal advisory services.
