Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage contracts effectively.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and project needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements, EPC,FIDIC and JBCC contracts , and other project-related agreements and permits.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, monitoring performance to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on contract-related matters.
  • Collaborate with senior management, finance, and legal teams to achieve project deliverables.
  • Negotiate with local and international contractors and suppliers to ensure optimal project execution and successful contractual closure.
  • Monitor project progress, attend meetings, conduct site visits, and manage contractual communications to avoid potential disputes.
  • Manage and draft contractual communications to formalize notifications and agreements, ensuring a comprehensive documentary record.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual milestones from initiation to closure, managing advance payments, performance, and warranty bonds.
