We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Technician to join our team at Service First Group. As a Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing district heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including pumps, fans, and compressors.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Perform repairs promptly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in HVAC Technology or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong background in installation, commissioning, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent physical fitness, with the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
