Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead a team of innovators, transforming bold ideas into cutting-edge products and process enhancements
  • Build bridges across departments to integrate game-changing solutions into core banking operations seamlessly
  • Design and execute a dynamic innovation roadmap focusing on technology, customer-centric solutions, and operational brilliance
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and leveraging emerging technologies
  • Run high-energy brainstorming sessions and workshops to inspire out-of-the-box thinking
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and learning
  • Align every innovation initiative with our vision and drive tangible business outcomes
  • Leverage data analytics and user feedback to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the innovation journey

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous leave.

We're looking for a forward-thinker with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field (bonus points for a Master's in Innovation or Technology). You'll need at least 5 years of experience in innovation, product development, or similar roles.
