The successful candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of 8 years' experience in an IT environment with relevant infrastructure management expertise.
  2. In-depth knowledge of cloud datacentres, physical datacentres, hosting platforms, IoT, and ITIL principles.
  3. Proficiency in various infrastructure architecture frameworks.
  4. Crisis management and critical thinking skills.
  5. Proven service delivery experience and customer-centric orientation.
  6. Presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
