Yellosa is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator to support the maintenance operations of their facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance planning, team coordination, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance team in ensuring efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment and facilities.
- Provide administrative support for maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports; analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, mechanical and electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
- Excellent coordination and administrative skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Knowledge of relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
