Are you a self-starter looking for a challenging role in administration? Global Policy Ltd is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence. You'll also assist the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities :

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for executives and staff
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up their accounts and benefits
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visas
  • Oversee office inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries from clients and partners
  • Maintain and update company databases, both physical and digital
  • Support the marketing team with document preparation and formatting
  • Assist with planning and executing company events, including conferences and team building activities

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
