Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within the IT domain.
  • Demonstrated success in placements and client management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
