About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Confectionery Specialist to join our team at Cre8work. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and presenting high-quality sweets and confections that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Develop and produce a variety of sweets and confections following store recipes and standards.
  • Display & Presentation: Create visually appealing displays of confectionery items, ensuring they are attractively arranged for customers.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products, ensuring consistency and excellence in every item.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in tracking ingredient levels and placing orders to ensure adequate stock for daily production.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers, offer recommendations, and provide information about different confectionery items.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, following all hygiene and food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in confectionery or baking is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in decorating and presenting sweets.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
